Coping with friends in hospital?

A few months back my best friend was in the hospital. Its the hardest thing ever to see someone you love so hurt and there is nothing you can do to help. I can't help you take your mind of it cuz i still haven't figured out how to do that. Just make sure you are there for your friend. Especially her younger sister. This is probably a really hard time for her. God bless the girl in the hospital.
