What color Hunter Rain Boots should I get?

Hmmm.. I looked them both up online on google images, and at first I was like whoah bright green color, then I clicked on the blue one, and it wasn't the color i had expected. You're right, the blue does kind of look jean-ish. I don't personally like the color too much. Whereas the green is a nice springtime color. Even though it's bright, I think it has more personality and pop to it :) I'd say Green.
